A Constructed World (ACW) is a collaborative project initiated in 1993 by Australian artists Jacqueline Riva and Geoff Lowe. Living and between Melbourne, Paris and Milan, ACW works with a variety of media from painting to video and performances. They also self-publish an art magazine ‘Art Fan’. Jacqueline Riva and Geoff Lowe often invite their visitors to participate to workshops, propose works for their exhibition, or just share a meal with them in the gallery space, blurring the traditional distinction between artists and audience.
